Is Vitae Outreach legit?
Yes. Vitae Outreach Ltd is a limited company registered in England and Wales, founded and run by Luke Stone. We are a career advisory firm. Every client signs a written agreement with us laying out terms, the fee is agreed on a call before any commitment, and our guarantee is set out in that agreement in plain terms. The people on our results page are real clients, and their video interviews are unscripted. You can watch them in full and judge for yourself.
How is this different from free careers advice or job boards?
Job boards put you in a queue, and most free careers advice is about polishing what you send into that queue. The advice that does tell you to go direct usually stops at the idea. We take you straight to the people who make hiring decisions, most often at boutique finance firms that never advertise, and we work alongside you while you do it: who to contact, what to say, and how to turn the replies into offers.
Who is it for, and who is it not for?
It is for graduates, and people within a year of graduating, who want a role in finance and are getting nowhere through job boards. You need the right to work in the market you are applying to, and you need to be willing to do the outreach. If you want someone to get a job for you without your involvement, we say plainly on the strategy call that this is a poor fit.
Do you work with people outside the UK and US?
Yes. We used to take UK and US clients only, and that is no longer the case. Decision-makers read their own inboxes in every market, so the approach travels. What matters is that you have the right to work where you are applying, without an employer needing to sponsor you.
What if I am not going into finance?
Finance is where our clients get the strongest results and it is what this page is about, so that is who we speak to. The approach itself is not finance specific. Tell us what you are going after on the strategy call and we will be straight with you about whether we are the right people to help.
What happens on the strategy call?
It is a free video call where we go through your situation: what you are aiming for, what you have tried, and what has been getting in the way. We tell you honestly whether we can help, and if we do not believe we can get you an offer, we say so and point you somewhere more useful. If we can help, we explain exactly how we would work together and what the fee is, and you decide from there. There is no obligation and nothing to prepare.
How much time does it take each week?
The total workload of our process is 2 hours a week, and most clients fit it around a full time job or a full time job search. It stays that light because our software does the research, the writing and the sending, so your hours go on the conversations that come back rather than on writing emails.
Is there pressure to sign up on the call?
No. The call is free, there is nothing to prepare, and you are not asked to decide on the spot. We turn people away when we do not think we can help. If we can, you hear the fee and the terms before you commit to anything, and every client signs a written agreement.
Why are prices not listed online?
Because we only take on clients we genuinely believe we can get an offer for, and that judgement happens on the strategy call, so the fee is shared there too. It costs nothing to find out and there is no obligation afterwards. And the guarantee means that if the work does not produce an offer, you get your money back.
How does the 28 day guarantee work?
If you do the work we set and you do not get a paid offer in a field you contacted, you get your money back. The work is the programme itself, and the full terms are written into the agreement every client signs, in plain language. No small print, nothing hidden.
What if I want to claim the refund?
You email us with your outreach records and we process it. No client has claimed it so far, because the work produces offers.
Is this a course?
No. A course is recorded material you work through alone. You get us: feedback on your actual CV, your actual outreach and the replies coming back, and weekly live calls. You also get software we built and run ourselves. It researches the firms you are contacting, writes outreach compelling enough to get replies from the people who do the hiring, and sends it for you, so you are never writing emails by hand. Where it cannot find enough real information about a firm, it skips that contact rather than inventing something. There is recorded material too, and it is the smallest part of what you get.
Why pay for this when the method is on YouTube?
The method is public and we are glad it is. Knowing you should go directly to decision-makers is not the hard part. Doing it well, at volume, for weeks, around everything else in your life is. A video will not research your target firms, write your outreach and send it for you, read the replies back and tell you why they are not landing, or sit with you every week while you work through it. It carries no guarantee either.
Can I speak to past clients?
Sometimes, yes. During or after the strategy call we can sometimes connect you with past clients so you can hear about their experience first hand. Before that, the unscripted video interviews on our results page are the fastest way to hear clients describe the work in their own words, from where they started to the offers they signed.
